Vancouver crews battle rooftop propane fire

Apr. 16, 2018, Vancouver – A Sunday afternoon blaze atop a downtown condo tower could have been a lot worse. Shortly before 12:30 p.m., the Vancouver Fire and Rescue Service began receiving calls about smoke billowing from the top of a tower.
