Truck carrying coal catches fire in Port Morien

Nov. 28, 2018, Port Morien, N.S. – A coal truck hauling a full load of coal from the Donkin Mine was destroyed in a fire Tuesday. Bruce Howie, fire chief of the Donkin Volunteer Fire Department, said they received a call at about 12:15 p.m. regarding the transport on fire on the Port Morien Highway 255.
