Ordering a custom patch is not something most people do often, so if your new to patch ordering or a veteran buyer this page will walk you through your available options and an overview of the process. Customize Patches offer you a high quality and lower price alternative to direct embroidery. Fire Departments, EMS, Law Enforcement, Sports Teams, Clubs & Businesses will be able to take pride in how they and their logo is displayed. The custom embroidered patches we create will give you the professional look your organization and uniforms deserve.

Patch Design

To design your own patch, send us your patch design ideas and any relevant artwork or pictures that our artists can use as reference. While vectored artwork, is preferred we’ll take anything that gives us an idea of what you want.

Quotation

Once we understand your patch design a detailed quote with price breakdowns, options, and shipping information will be sent to you . If you have a deadline, let us know so we can deliver on time and quote accordingly.

Proofing

Our artists will create a digital proof for you to view and approve before production. Changes as needed will be made until your happy. Production won’t start until you’re completely satisfied with your patch design!.

Delivery

Once you approve the design, we use that proof to create your custom patches and as soon as they’re completed, we inspect them, make sure they are perfect, then box them to ship directly to you!

50% Embroidery

50% or less of the patch has embroidery plenty of exposed twill backing.

75% Embroidery

75% or less of the patch has embroidery.

100% Embroidery

100% of the patch is embroidered. None of the twill backing is showing.
